Delivery within 1-3 working days
You can return any item purchased from Modiverso within 14 days of the delivery date.
Shipping within Germany costs €5.99. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. As soon as your package has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number so that you can track the delivery on the DHL website. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option of returning it within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Our customers within Europe can usually rely on a delivery time of 3-7 working days. Shipping costs €9.99 to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Please note that all deliveries outside of Europe may be subject to import duties (duties, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged as soon as your package has reached your country. MODIVERSO does not withhold any duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict how high your possible duties will be.
