How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

Shipping within Germany costs €5.99. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. As soon as your package has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number so that you can track the delivery on the DHL website. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option of returning it within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Our customers within Europe can usually rely on a delivery time of 3-7 working days. Shipping costs €9.99 to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. All deliveries outside of Europe may be subject to import duties (duties, import duties, VAT) determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged as soon as your package has reached your country. MODIVERSO does not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your possible duties will be: if such additional duties apply, they must be paid in order for your package to be declared through customs. The customer bears the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information on the guidelines in your country. Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

You have 14 days to return an item. You can find more information in the cancellation policy.

How can I track my order?

As soon as the package with your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with the DHL tracking number so that you can track the shipment.

Will my personal information be treated confidentially?

Your personal data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. You can find more information in the data protection conditions.

Do I have to open a customer account to place an order?

You can complete the order either as a registered customer or without registering. If you are a new customer and would like to register, click Register to enter your personal information.
